			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Michael Hoey and Matthew Brook O&#8217;Donnell presented a paper called &#8216;It was announced yesterday&#8217; at <a target="_blank" href="http://www.iatefl.org/content/conferences/2008/index.php" title="IATEFL 2008 Website">IATEFL 2008 </a>on April 10, 2008.</p>
